Deep in a beautiful forest lies the peaceful Dragon Valley. At its head, a spring gushes from the ground. It is a magical fountain which can grant one’s wishes and is a gift to the pandas from the valley for their loving care and concern for the plants and animals living in the area   -   a love for their environment which spans many generations of the bears.

Under the protection of the Herald of the spring, panda Big Wei, and his mischievous but oh-so-cute son Small Wei, the other pandas and animals live happily together.

Not far from the peaceful community, there is a mountain lair, home to a pretty female leopard named Gigi, and a male tiger with more brawn than brains, Lao Hu. Both have been eyeing the goings-on in the happy valley and they like to make raids on the sanctuary   -   to try to take it over by force because they are bullies.

The Wei family defends their home and fight for justice   -   making use of the magic of the spring   -   to try to put an end to the attacks of the feline fiends. Who will prevail? What will happen to the cute pandas and friends? Will friendship win over bullying?
