MIPTV is the annual international TV market held in Cannes, France. It provides the key decision-makers in the TV, film, digital and audiovisual content, production and distribution industry a network to discover future trends and trade content rights on a global level.

2D-animation: Magic Eye, The Wonder Boy (anime-like comedy series) and Zheng He’s Voyage to the West Seas (high seas action-adventure series, pre-sales), and 3D/CG-animation: Magic Wonderland (Accolade Award-winning (2008 Best of Show: Television – Animation) fantasy action-adventure series), Essential Art of War of the 36 Strategems (war action-adventure series, pre-sales), Highway Battle (transformer action-adventure series, pre-sales), Flame Blazers (transformer action-adventure series, pre-sales) and RUBI (pre-school series, pre-sales), are licensed to territories such as The United States, Poland, Czech Republic, Croatia & Ex-Yugoslavia countries, The Commonwealth of Independent States, Middle East & North Africa, and Iran. The rights licensed include free TV, pay TV, home video, VOD and IPTV.
